Primary Campus Weekly Update - Primary Campus Weekly Update

Dear Parents,

What an extraordinary International Day we experienced last week!

Primary Campus Weekly Update - Primary Campus Weekly Update

Our school community came together in a magnificent celebration of global unity, cultural pride, and shared joy. The colourful whole school assembly and subsequent Parent Parade was a true highlight, with families proudly representing their home countries in stunning traditional attire. Meanwhile, our International Day Fair buzzed with excitement as students explored interactive country booths, sampled delicious global cuisines, and participated in cultural performances. The energy and enthusiasm throughout the day perfectly embodied our school's spirit of international-mindedness.

As we reflect on this wonderful celebration of diversity, we now turn our attention to an equally important event: Assessment Week. We will complete assessments in English, Maths, Science and Reading.

At NAIS Hong Kong, assessment is an ongoing part of our commitment to understanding and supporting your child’s learning journey. It takes many forms—from formal tests to classroom observations—and helps us gather meaningful insights into each student’s progress, strengths, and areas for growth.

Our teachers use this information to tailor their lessons, ensuring every child receives the right support to move forward. Equally important is keeping you informed. We provide regular updates on your child’s progress through formal reports, parent-teacher meetings, and informal check-ins. You can also find broader school performance data on our website, as part of our commitment to transparency with all our stakeholders.

How You Can Support:

- Ask your child about what they're most proud of learning this year

- Ensure plenty of rest each night

- Provide healthy snacks and lunches for optimal focus

Thank you for partnering with us in your child’s education.
